The real-estate business in Singapore is not only hot, it is literally on fire. Rents and property prices are shooting sky-high. Property agents are most probably among the busiest yet happiest people for now in Singapore.
I, with the generous help of Mr. Snail, have been hunting for a room near my office for sometime. Agents contacted; numbers from roadside for-rent ads called. So far, no luck.
It seems Singapore has a population implosion, and people are rushing to Singapore in droves.
